A journey from Brunei to Sarawak

Thirty years ago, Hedley, with his wife Mary and daughter Katie visited the Neah Caves in Sarawaka, East Malaysia. they travelled by car, ferry, and boat.
They set off from Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei and drove to the border with Sarwak. They crossed two large rivers by ferry, stopped in Miri for lunch and then continued to Niah, a small river town ship. Then they hired a small bout and sailed a government rest house, where they spent the night. They ate with the small group of scientists who lived in the rest house and shared the cold drinks they had brought with them in a cool box. It was a remote spot, deep in the jungle. They slept in bunk beds with no air-conditioning. It was  a novel experience.
The next morning, they walked along a jungle path for half an hour until that reached the Niah cave. Inside the caves, which were very high, they saw men who climbed up tall bamboo piles. The men more lights on their hats because it was so dark. At the top of the poles they scraped off birds’ nests from the roof of the caves. The nests were collected by their mates on the cave floor and packed into sacks. These nests were later sold and made into birds nest soup, a Chinese’s delicacy.
That afternoon, they said goodbye to their new-found friends in the rest house and set off on the long drive home. It was quite an adventure and one they would never forget.

How to prepare for a desert trip

The UAE is famous for desert, tourism; also desert trips are popular for those who are living in the UAE.

First for all, you decide to do some fun with your family or with friends. I advise you to go to Awafi in Ras Al Khaimah; you should go there because it is a wonderful place, and also you can camp there. If you decide to camp you should bring some important things with you, like bring your tent. Then don’t forget the first aid. It’s necessary for emergency situations. In addition bring some food and water. On the other hand don’t forget to communicate with others by mobile phone, because it's important if you get lost in the desert and find some help. Most persons like to camp with a motorcycle, to make their time more fun. Finally don’t forget to fill an extra fuel tank for your car.

In conclusion camping in the desert helps you learn be to patient and helpful with others.

How to make butter

The most interesting thing for me is to cook myself, because it is clean and healthy at the same time. Today I will talk about how to make butter in your house.
It is easy to prepare it in the house. Be sure to wash your hands and the materials from micro, check the fresh milk, for quality and fat content. And be careful about the expiry date. Then leave the milk to cool. Next separate the cream. And don’t forget to churn the cream. It is an important step to improve the content. After that place the butter in a jar. Then wash the butter with cold water, to remove remaining butter milk. Don’t forget, for the flavor, to add a small amount of salad. In brief without the salt the butter would have a bad taste. Furthermore cut and wrap the butter. Finally store the butter in a fridge. After a few minutes the butter will be ready to use.
In conclusion, it is fun to cook for your friend s or family.
